About Us

CREDA has launched its 53rd chapter in Idaho. The chapter's mission is to effectively deal with state and municipal issues that impact the commercial real estate industry, as well as advancing the interests of CREDA’s members on a wide variety of issues, including property taxes, affordable housing and infrastructure.

“Commercial real estate leaders in Boise have demonstrated great enthusiasm for leading and growing this new chapter,” said Marc Selvitelli, CAE, CREDA president and chief executive officer. “CREDA Idaho will provide business opportunities locally and enhance member companies, as well as connect members to the network and benefits of the broader North American association.”

CREDA is the leading association of more than 20,000 members with an extensive network of 53 chapters across North America that represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. CREDA provides advocacy, education and business opportunities by connecting members in a powerful North American network in the commercial real estate development and investment industry.
